We at Empire Homes offer a very comprehensive management package to suit each of our Landlords needs. As part of our management service we have a dedicated team that solely concentrates on the rent collection and dealing with maintenance and day to day issues arising during a tenancy.
Empire Homes property management will collect the rent on a monthly basis and bacs the rent into our landlords desired bank account, we will also set up standing orders with tenants for prompt payments and a statement will be emailed to our landlords monthly. Any issues arising with the rent will be dealt with by a member of our team and the Landlord will be kept fully up to date.
Maintenance issues which may arise during a tenancy, the tenantís only contact will be with us, eliminating phone calls from your tenants at all hours requesting works to be carried out. We will diagnose the problem with the tenant and if there is a fault that can be easily resolved over the phone we will use our extensive experience within the industry to resolve it. The management team will liaise with you if you have your own contractors, or some landlords like to be hands on themselves, if not we will send our qualified contractors to the property to diagnose the problem and obtain a quote for your approval before any works are carried out.
We will also undertake inspections on your property during the tenancy to make sure the property is being kept in good order and being maintained by the current tenant(s). At the end of the tenancy we also provide a check out service, a member of our team will carry out a final inspection of the property, take down gas & electric meter readings and arrange collection of keys. The property management team will also take care of the deposit balance payable which will be paid to the tenant or landlord as appropriate at the end of the tenancy. (If held with Empire Homes DPS account).
We will make letting your property as easy as possible allowing you the landlord to get on with your normal day to day life.
